Shipping & returns

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Current options:

• Standard Delivery — Rs 250 · 3–5 working days · complimentary on orders over Rs 10,000
• Express Delivery — Rs 500 · 1–2 working days

Orders placed before 2pm on working days are usually dispatched the same or next working day.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. For bank transfer orders we dispatch as soon as your payment has been confirmed — share your receipt with your order number on WhatsApp to speed things up.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your courier and tracking number. You can also follow it any time on our order tracking page.

We ship worldwide on request. Write to ikatbyriffat@gmail.com with your address and we will share a quote and timeline.

Unworn, unwashed pieces with original tags can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Sale items are eligible for exchange only.
• Custom or altered pieces cannot be returned.
• Refunds are issued to your bank account within 7 working days of the return reaching our studio.

If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, let us know within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right — at our cost.
