Terms of service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was displayed in error — in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices are shown in PKR and include applicable taxes. Payment is accepted by Cash on Delivery or bank transfer. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is received.

Ikat is dyed by hand, so every piece is slightly unique. Small variations in colour, pattern placement and the feathered edges are a hallmark of the craft, not a defect. Screen colours may also differ slightly from the real cloth.

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please see our shipping & returns policy for details.

Returns and exchanges are handled under our shipping & returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without permission.
